Why didn’t I receive my referral reward credit?

You will receive your $10 credit once your friend has been a member for 30 days. Your friend must be a new member to the service to receive your referral credit. If you believe your friend has been a new member for at least 30 days and you did not receive credit, please contact our customer service team.

Note – Sometimes our emails can get stuck in your friend’s email account spam filter. If your friend never received your email referral, they should check the email account’s spam folder.
